1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Origin One Digital Platform and related website (the “Platform”), operated by:

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms govern:

• use of publicly available materials;
• general rules applicable to all users of the Platform.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such agreement, the agreement shall prevail.

6. No Professional Reliance

Materials provided on the Platform are made available for general informational purposes only.

They do not constitute engineering, legal, regulatory, or construction approval.

The Provider does not assume responsibility for project outcomes, regulatory compliance, or implementation decisions.


7. Prices and Currency

Where prices are displayed on the Platform, they are shown in United States Dollars (USD), unless expressly stated otherwise.

Displayed prices are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Any commercial terms, including pricing, scope of rights, or permitted use, are subject to confirmation and, where applicable, execution of a separate written agreement.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct (dolo) or gross negligence (culpa grave), as defined under Portuguese law.


9. Suspension and Termination

The Provider may suspend or restrict access to the Platform in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, or legal requirements imposed by competent authorities.


10. Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Users act independently and on their own behalf.


11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019.

12. Amendments

The Provider may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


13. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or access to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
